This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between U-Menu ("Company") and the user ("User" or "You") of the U-Menu platform (the "Platform").

By using the Platform, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If You do not agree to these terms and conditions, You must not use the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Platform.

5. Amendments and Termination

5.1 Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Agreement at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to You through the Platform or via email.

5.2 Termination

The Company may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

6.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Company's jurisdiction.
